Orders with fewer than six selections will be completed with duplicate flavors chosen by our bake shop.

  • IMPORTANT ORDER, PICKUP, REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

    All cookie orders are freshly baked and prepared to order.

    Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
    We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

    CUSTOM & ASSORTED ORDERS
    Flavor selections are prepared exactly as submitted at checkout.
    Mrs. Shar’s Famous Cookies is not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.

    For assorted cookie boxes:
    Each flavor selection represents two (2) cookies.
    Some assortments include bakery-selected classic cookies to complete the box.

    CLASSIC COOKIE SELECTION
    Classic cookies may include Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, or Sugar and are selected by our bakery based on daily availability.

    ALLERGY & DIETARY NOTICE
    Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
    While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee products are free from cross-contact.

    PICKUP POLICY
    Orders must be picked up on the scheduled date and within business hours.
    Orders not picked up on the scheduled date may be discarded or donated at our discretion.
    No refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed or late pickup orders.

    SHIPPING POLICY
    Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
    Once an order has been shipped, Mrs. Shar’s Famous Cookies is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or mishandling caused by the carrier.

    We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
    Returned or undeliverable packages due to address errors or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds.

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or replacements for delayed shipments, weather-related delays, or carrier-related issues once the order has left our facility.

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS
    Cookies are best enjoyed within 48 hours of receipt or pickup.
    Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
    Cookies may be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
